Sir Alec Guinness (born Alec Guinness de Cuffe, April 2, 1914 – August 5, 2000) was an English actor who portrayed Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
