Anakin Skywalker's outfits varied across the years.
Slave Attire[]
As a slave to Watto on Tatooine, Anakin wore a rough coat/tunic and a belt as well as trousers and sand shoes. His attire was designed to help with the sandy terrain and sandstorms of Tatooine which Anakin had to live in every day of his life.
Jedi Initiate[]
As a padawan learner, Anakin donned a padawan's braid and Jedi tunic.
Jedi Apprentice[]
As Obi-Wan's apprentice, Anakin wore a new Jedi outfit. It was darker than his previous outfit. He had robes but often chose to take them off for fights to allow for easier movement. While he takes off the outer tunic on Naboo when he is with Padmé for a while it is still the same outfit and he didn't change. Anakin wears the outfit while on Geonosis fighting the Separatist. Anakin wears a similar outfit during the latter half of the Clone Wars.
Christophsis onwards[]
Starting from the Battle of Christophsis, Anakin tweaked his outfit and added some armor and protective gear for leading Clone Troopers into battle.
Clone Wars[]
In the middle of the Clone Wars, Anakin changed his robes and went back to a more traditional Jedi look with less armor similar to his appearance during the Battle of Geonosis.
Battle of Coruscant[]
Around the time of the Battle of Coruscant, Anakin dons a darker Jedi attire with a black tunic. During the end of the clone wars, Anakin wore this tunic until he became Darth Vader.
