The AATs used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic were heavily modified clone wars models. They were either painted white white with green markings or white with red markings.

The tanks were recycled Separatist models from the Clone Wars repainted red and green for the purposes of the Rebel army.
There was a green tank on the Ghost Moon when Scar Sqad massacred all the rebels there including those in the tank.
