William "Bill" Tlusty is an American visual effects executive who worked as a visual effects production manager for Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and a visual effects coordinator for Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
He also portrayed Chokk in The Phantom Menace and a Theater Patron in Revenge of the Sith.
