Bo-Katan Kryze, better known as Bo-Katan was a female human who was lieutenant in Death Watch during the Clone Wars and the leader of the Nite Owls unit. Her sister, Satine Kryze, was the duchess of the planet during this time until Darth Maul killed her. She led the Mandalorian Resistance against Darth Maul and Shadow Collective after her leader Pre Vizsla's death which ultimately led to the Siege of Mandalore. She was still alive shortly before the Battle of Yavin after the Empire's rise to power and was part of the second Mandalorian civil war. Afterwards, Bo took up the Darksaber and became Mand'alor.
