The Capture of the Supreme Chancellor was an event that took place during the Battle of Coruscant, in which the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, Sheev Palpatine, was captured by the Confederacy of Independent Systems and take hostage onboard the Separatist Flagship, the Invisible Hand, where he was kept until rescued by the Jedi Order.
