The Chimaera was an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer that Grand Admiral Thrawn was in charge of during the Rebellion Against the Galactic Empire. Kassius Konstantine served underneath him during this time on the ship. The ship participated in the Battle of Atollon which saw the end of Phoenix Squadron and drove the remaining rebels to Yavin IV.

The Chimaera was the Legends ship of Gilad Pellaeon and then later of Thrawn after the Battle of Endor.
