D-Squad was a squadron of Republic droids created to steal an Separatist encryption module. The squad was made up of the Republic's best droids, including R2-D2, QT-KT, WAC-47, and was led by Colonel Meebur Gascon. The squad participated on several missions serving the Republic during the Clone Wars including successfully stealing a Separatist encryption module and stopping an attempt to destroy an Republic space station.
