Darth Plagueis was a Sith Lord who trained Darth Sidious in the Dark Side of the Force sometime before the start of the Clone Wars. He had the ability to save the ones he loved from dying, due to his strong power in the Dark Side. Sometime before or during the Clone Wars, possibly during the Separatist Crisis, Plagueis was killed by his own apprentice, Darth Sidious, in his sleep. He would later be mentioned by Sidious to Jedi General Anakin Skywalker shortly before the Rise of the Galactic Empire. At some point in his life, Plagueis owned a droid named 11-4D.
