David Acord is an American sound editor and voice actor who worked as a supervising assistant, apprentice sound editor, assistant sound editor, sound designer, sound editor, and a supervising sound editor for the 2004 DVD releases of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and its movie, Star Wars Rebels, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars Forces of Destiny, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars Resistance, Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures, and the upcoming Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker.
He also provided the voice of the GH-7 Medical Droid in Revenge of the Sith and various characters in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars Forces of Destiny, and Star Wars Resistance.
