Queen Amidala with her guards and handmaidens as well as Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jar Jar Binks and Anakin Skywalker traveled to Coruscant after getting stranded on Tatooine and fixing their ship. The Jedi met with the Jedi High Council on two matters - the training of Anakin and the re-emerging of the Sith. Meanwhile, Queen Amidala and Senator Palpatine attended meetings in the Senate to attempt to get Senator Lott Dod to relinquish the blockade on Naboo.
