Donald "Don" Bies (born April 7, 1961) is an American special effects artist who worked as a model and creature maker for the 1997 special editions of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, an operator for R2-D2 in The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, and a droid unit supervisor for Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
He also portrayed Barquin D'an, Boba Fett, and a Stormtrooper in the 1997 special edition of Return of the Jedi, a Pod Race Mechanic in The Phantom Menace, and Artuo Pratuhr in Revenge of the Sith.
