The encounter was when Lady Tano, former Jedi Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, traveled to the lowest level of Coruscant below the Jedi Temple and found the ancient Sith Temple there. Darth Sidious was in the temple while on one side of the door. Ahsoka and Sidious encountered each other from either side of the wall while the sith lord sent blasts of lightning up her lightsaber when she cut through.
