The Ewoks of Bright Tree Village held a feast the night before the Battle of Endor in honor of C-3PO and almost sacrificed Han Solo, Chewbacca and Luke Skywalker to be eaten in his honor. Leia tried to convince the Ewok leaders but it took Luke's force powers to stop them from being eaten due to the fact that Luke made them think it was C-3PO's godly powers. They all became part of the tribe and gained the help of Bright Tree Village and all the other villages on Endor for the following battle.
