Greef Karga was a human who was the head of the Bounty Hunters' Guild. He delivered the bounty assignments and gave information about the jobs, and was a former disgraced magistrate before becoming an agent of the Bounty Hunters' Guild. After Second Skirmish on Nevarro Karga became magistrate and took control of Nevarro City to make a place into one of respectable business.
