Hera Syndulla's A-Wing was an A-Wing starfighter used by Phoenix Leader Hera Syndulla. Three years before the Battle of Yavin, she uses it against the Mandalorian Protectors alongside Phoenix Squadron and Sabine Wren.
History[]
Hera was given the A-wing some time after her promotion to Phoenix Leader and used it when she went on a mission to Concord Dawn to recruit the Mandalorian Protectors and to gain safe passage through their system. When Fenn Rau, the Protector of Concord Dawn refused the offer, revealing that the Protectors were loyal to the Galactic Empire, they attacked the Rebels. Rau almost destroyed Hera's ship, almost killing her just as the A-wing entered hyperspace behind Sabine and Phoenix 2.
