- Isval was a female Twi'lek and a member of the Free Ryloth Movement under Cham Syndulla. She and Cham were great friends and reminded Syndulla of his daughter Hera Syndulla. She worked to execute Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine and Orn Free Taa. She was executed by Vader while Cham escaped so that the movement could continue.
