Kit Valent was a Human pilot who served in Rogue Squadron of the Rebel Alliance during the height of the Galactic Civil War. After joining the Rebel Alliance to overthrow the Galactic Empire, he was stationed at Echo Base on Hoth. Serving in Rogue Squadron, he served as gunner on Zev Senesca's snowspeeder, and took part in searching for Han Solo and Luke Skywalker who were both lost during an ice storm. Later on, he took part in the Battle of Hoth when the Empire discovered the whereabouts of the Rebel's base by an imperial Probe Droid. He was killed along with Senesca when their speeder was destroyed by one of the AT-AT Walkers.
