Kreel or Agent 5241 was an Imperial Elite Stormtrooper and a Sergeant. As part of the 501st legion, Kreel received his orders directly from Darth Vader.
He worked undercover as the Gamemaster to fool Luke Skywalker and Grakkus the Hutt. He later led a squad of other elite stormtroopers.
