The Lord Darth Vader of the Galactic Empire
Lord, female equivalent Lady, was a title often reserved for nobility, deities and other upper-level figures in society. Infamously the self-styled Dark Lords of the Sith were typically addressed to as "Lord", most notably in the cases of Darth Sidious, Darth Maul and Darth Vader.
Certain high-placed individuals in the Confederacy of Independent Systems such as Count Dooku, General Grievous and Archduke Poggle the Lesser were referred to by this moniker by their subordinates. The Imperial Advisors serving on the Imperial Ruling Council of the Galactic Empire were called "Lords", chiefly the Grand Vizier Mas Amedda, as was the closely-aligned Count Denetrius Vidian. In addition, Crimson Dawn's boss-mistress Qi'ra and Mandalore's regent Bo-Katan Kryze were addresssed to as "Lady".
