Mark Coulier is an English make-up artist and special effects designer who worked as a key animatronic model designer for Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace and a prosthetic makeup artist for Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. He also portrayed Aks Moe and Mawhonic in The Phantom Menace.
