Miraj Scintel was a female Zygerrian and the queen of Zygerria during the Clone Wars who rebuilt the Zygerrian Slave Empire which had been toppled by the Jedi Order years beforehand. She called upon the help of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and Count Dooku to do this. She was eventually betrayed by her Prime Minister Atai Molec and killed by Count Dooku when she wouldn't comply with his wishes.
