Oliver Ford Davies

Oliver Robert Ford Davies (born August 12, 1939) is an English actor and writer who portrayed Sio Bibble in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
