The rebel heavy trooper was a unit of rebel soldier used by the Alliance to restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. The heavy troopers were equipped with a heavy blaster and were covered in a type of enhanced armor suit that, though providing a great deal of protection against enemy fire, was incredibly heavy, causing the troopers to move slowly in battle.
