These rebel troopers served as soldiers and crewmen for the Lothal resistance. Some of them served in the Liberation of Lothal.

As some of the troopers' attire is exactly the same as a Phoenix rebel trooper, it is possible that these troopers were relocated to help Ryder Azadi on Lothal by Jun Sato.
