Sola Naberrie was a human female from the planet Naboo. A member of the Naberrie family, she was a daughter of Ruwee Naberrie and Jobal Naberrie, and the sister of Senator Padmé Amidala. Sola had a daughter of her own, Ryoo Naberrie, who was born during the last years of the Galactic Republic.
Biography[]
Sola Naberrie was the daughter of Ruwee Naberrie and his wife, Jobal Naberrie. Her sister was Padmé Amidala, the senator of Naboo who secretly married Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker during the Clone Wars. Prior to the conflict, Sola gave birth to Ryoo Naberrie in 28 BBY during the late era of the Galactic Republic.
Her sister, Padmé Amidala, changed her last name to protect Sola and her other loved ones. Amidala participated in the speech of choosing to be the Queen of Naboo as a hologram to Sola.
The formation of the Galactic Empire was followed shortly after by the death of Amidala, who died giving birth to the twins Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa. Sola Naberrie was among the mourners who attended her sister's funeral in the city of Theed, and was accompanied by her parents, her daughter Ryoo, and Pooja Naberrie.
