The Supreme Council, also referred to as the First Order Supreme Council, was a deliberative body of the twelve top-most generals and admirals within First Order High Command. The advisory cell, which traced its roots to a second ascendancy wave kept away from the fore by Supreme Leader Snoke, was established by his successor Kylo Ren, not long after his self-promulgated rise to power, to formulate plans fitting his vision once the endgame of galactic conquest was achieved and to help him better coordinate the First Order's campaign against the Resistance through Allegiant General Enric Pryde, General Armitage Hux, Admiral Frantis Griss and the like.
Though unsettled by their superior's excessively pretentious command style and dabbling in the Dark Side, the Supreme Council's concerns were slightly alleviated by the promise of the First Order Military being bolstered by the Sith Fleet through an alliance between the Supreme Leader and the reborn Emperor. With triumph at hand, the Supreme Council was charged by the Supreme Leader to double their efforts in conscription and hounding the Resistance.
FollowinKylo g Ren's redemption to the Lig as Ben Solo,t, Darth Sidious haEnric d Pryde fully commit the First Order to the union with the Sith Eternal and ready the combined Final Order for its march to victory. However, the Sith armada would be vanquished by the Resistance and their allies in a battle over Exegol which encompassed the deaths of both the Allegiant General and the Emperor, putting an end to both the Firsr and Final Orders.
