The TIE Advanced v1 Fighter was a model of experimental TIE/LN Fighter.
History[]
The v1 was used only by the better pilots of the Galactic Empire, such as Baron Valen Rudor and the Grand Inquisitor. The Inquisitor used his TIE Advanced on Lothal against the Lothal Rebels. It appears that all Inquisitors used these as the Fifth Brother, Eighth Brother and the Seventh Sister all used them. Production of these stopped at some point, with the TIE Advanced x1 continuing in service, even though it was an older model. The TIE Interceptor came to replace all Prototypes in between the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor.
