Timothy "Tim" M. Rose (born July 17, 1956) is an American actor and puppeteer who portrayed Admiral Ackbar in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, and Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi. He also worked as a puppeteer for Salacious B. Crumb in Return of the Jedi and a creature and droid performer in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, where he portrayed Shollan in the film.
