Torul Blom was the Pau'an governor of Pau City on Utapau.
Biography Edit[]
After Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker arrived on Utapau to investigate the death of Jedi Master Tu-Anh, Torul Blom summoned them to his office, and asked them to leave the planet. He explained that their presence in Pau city has upset the Pau'un citizens, and also claimed there was no Separatist activity on the planet. However, General Grievous was indeed on the planet. He witnessed Grievous behead Sugi arms dealer Endente, even though the Sugi were in league with the Separatists. He was executed by General Grievous after he failed to capture Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
