The pirate was a Ishi Tib pirate in Hondo Ohnaka's gang. He was on a ship with Hondo when he spotted a jedi vessel. Hondo decided to board it but he advised not to. He helped trying to find the younglings onboard but when he and a couple others went to attack them the younglings shut the door trapping him and the others on the other side. They managed to break through the door just as Ahsoka Tano, a jedi padawan, detached the 2 ships opening the airlock sucking him and the pirates out. Most of the pirates survived and they captured Ahsoka.
