Wat Tambor was a male Skakoan who served as the foreman of the Techno Union and an executive of Baktoid Armor Workshop respectively.
Pledging the Techno Union's resources to the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Tambor was the leading Separatist combat engineer and an oppresive warlord who invested in the development of new technology. In the early stages of the Clone Wars, was appointed emir of Ryloth by Dooku and oversaw the occupation of the planet.
As the Clone Wars escalated, Tambor became interested in maimed ARC Trooper "Echo", who had been purchased by the Techno Union from the Confederacy. Covered by corporate neutrality, Tambor conducted experiments on his "asset" and the organic decimator. Extracting an algorithm from the clone's mind, the Skakoan scientist transmitted valuable information to Admiral Trench, allowing the Separatists to win more ground on Anaxes.
